We rent houses, apartments and student rooms in the private sector, where safety, guarantee of living pleasure and a good relationship with the tenant(s) are paramount. This while we (completely) relieve the landlord in the management of the investment portfolio and will do everything we can to find the suitable candidate for the home.
In order not to waste anyone’s time, we only invite candidates for a viewing who meet the desired tenant profile. We do not rent out properties to tenants without a viewing. We want the tenant to be able to get a good impression of the property, just as we want to have a good impression of the prospective tenant.
For 93% of the rented accommodations, we also take care of the management of the accommodations. We are the contact person between the tenant and the contractor. This can be one of our regular contractors or the contractor of the landlord. We monitor maintenance and ensure that maintenance problems are solved as quickly as possible
Our door is also always open for the landlord and we keep the landlord informed about our commercial and management activities. We advise on the rental price, take care of the properties and keep a close eye on changes in the market and from the Municipalities with regard to rental. Our services are modular and adaptable to the needs and wishes of the landlord
