The house consists of 8 furnished rooms, shared living room with kitchen and dining table, 2 bathroom with toilet and a garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher and waching machine. The rooms will be rented as a sustainable common household. Which means we prefer to rent it to students from the same school, university / faculty per house. Both houses are provided with a washing machine, kitchen equipment, internet and meets the fire safety requirements. All rooms are furnished with a French bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and a dresser. Please note this room gives acces to the shared garden.
