Furnished student room available per August 1st 2024 at the Walchersestraat in Rotterdam. The room is located at the top floor, furnished with the following items:

• Desk

• Desk chair

• Bed

• Wardrobe

• Cupboard

At the same floor the bathroom with shower and toilet is located.

One floor below the other two rooms are located, as well as another toilet, the washing machine, living room and kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher). All these items are shared with two other tenants, their baby and the cat.

The rent is excluded gas, electricity, internet and local taxes. These costs are shared with the other tenants.
